HCC Rugby U14

Our U14 rugby team played their first full home game today against a strong St Eunan’s team. Having being significantly overpowered in the first half which ended with our boys 26-5 down, the HCC team showed huge resilience and spirit in taking back some control of the game and scoring four tries in the second half bringing the final score to 36-29 to St Eunan’s. While they didn’t record a win today, the HCC lads did the school proud with a superb team effort that saw them challenge the vastly more experienced Letterkenny side right to the final whistle.
